Born October 19th at 5:59pm. 8 pounds, 3 ounces. 20 3/4 inches long. Here he is at barely 2 days old. I am in love.
Finley’s Nursery

I finally took some pictures of Finn’s nursery. I think the photos make it seem so much busier than it actually feels IN the room. Isn’t that rug psychedelic??? It’s kind of insanely awesome. Tummy time is going to be trippy. By the way, my official due date is NEXT Monday but our boy might be occupying this room within the week. You never know….

I can now say that I am no longer absolutely loving being pregnant. In fact, if we can make it just another 1.5 weeks to the officially “full term” point, I’d say baby can head on outta’ here, ASAP. It’s getting hard for me to breathe and I doubt baby Smeltz is loving being twisted up in a mess of knees and elbows. Soon, little boy. Soon. Your mommy has a gobload of things still left to check off her to-do list. (And no, those aren’t nursery related things.)
